We provide the option to start without a huge investment. Purchase a plan based on your chosen size, starting at $495!

If you are having us finish the interior, select flooring, cabinetry, appliances and paint colors. Many design options are available, including a skylight, balcony, deck or attached garage.

Once you have your plan, we schedule a site visit and review of local code to be able to build your complete quote.

In less than a week, we have your home constructed and ready to be finished.
